For Male Candidates (Up to 30 Years)

• 1600 Meters Race: Must be completed within 6 minutes flat.

• Long Jump Threshold: Minimum clearing distance of 14 feet.

• High Jump Baseline: Must successfully clear 3 feet 9 inches.

For Female Candidates (Up to 30 Years)

• 1600 Meters Race: Must be completed within 8 minutes flat.

• Long Jump Threshold: Minimum clearing distance of 10 feet.

• High Jump Baseline: Must successfully clear 3 feet.

1.Open the Designated Website Portal:Step 1.

Visit the revamped main webpage of the Staff Selection Commission at ssc.gov.in or track direct updates via the recruitment tab at delhipolice.gov.in.

2.Locate the PE&MT Hall Ticket Alert:Step 2.

On the landing page notices board, click on the flashing alert that states “Download Admit Card for PE&MT of Delhi Police Constable (Exe) Exam 2025-26”.

3.Submit Personal Login Keys:Step 3.

Key in your assigned Registration Number / Roll Number along with your Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY).
