Delhi Police Physical Test Dates 2026 Out notification has been officially released for candidates shortlisted in the Delhi Police Constable (Executive) Examination-2025. According to the official notice, the Physical Endurance and Measurement Test (PE&MT) will be conducted from 19 August to 1 September 2026.
Candidates who qualified in the written examination should now prepare for the next stage of the selection process. The Physical Endurance Test (PET) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT) will assess candidates' fitness and physical standards required for appointment as Delhi Police Constables.
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the physical examination schedule for shortlisted candidates. The PE&MT will be conducted over multiple days to accommodate the large number of candidates.
The admission certificate (PE&MT admit card) for shortlisted candidates is expected to be uploaded on or before 5 August 2026. Candidates should regularly visit the SSC Northern Region website for updates regarding their admit cards.

The Physical Endurance & Measurement Test consists of two stages:
Physical Endurance Test (PET)
Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
Only candidates qualifying in the endurance events will be considered for physical measurements.
The PET evaluates a candidate's physical fitness through running and jumping events.
Male Candidates: 1600 metres
Female Candidates: 800 metres
The qualifying time depends on the candidate's age category.
Candidates must clear the prescribed minimum distance.
Three attempts are allowed.
Candidates must achieve the required height.
Three attempts are allowed.
Candidates failing any event will not be eligible for the next stage.
The PMT is conducted only for candidates who qualify in all PET events.

Important points:
Three attempts are allowed for Long Jump.
Three attempts are allowed for High Jump.
No appeal is accepted against disqualification in PET events.
PMT is conducted only after qualifying the endurance test.
