EMRS Non-Teaching Answer Key 2026 has been released on 5th January 2026 by the National Education Society for Students (NESTS). Candidates who appeared in the EMRS Staff Selection Exam (ESSE)-2026 on 13, 14, and 21 December 2025 can now access the official answer key and OMR response sheet on the NESTS website.

The EMRS recruitment drive aims to fill 1070 Non-Teaching vacancies across Eklavya Model Residential Schools under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs. Posts include Accountant, JSA, Hostel Warden, Lab Attendant. 

The exam was conducted in offline OMR mode, carrying 120 marks, with 1 mark for each correct answer and a negative marking of 1/3 mark for incorrect responses.

EMRS Non-Teaching Answer Key 2026 Objection Process

If candidates find any discrepancy in the EMRS answer key, they can raise objections online.

• Valid explanation and supporting proof must be submitted

• Only paid objections will be reviewed by NESTS
