SSC CGL 2025 Final Result: Antriksh Kumar’s Success Story and Preparation Journey

The SSC CGL 2025 Final Result marks a significant achievement for aspirants who remained focused and consistent throughout their preparation. Antriksh Kumar from Jaipur turned his unsuccessful 2024 attempt into a successful SSC CGL 2025 journey through self-study, regular practice, PYQs, mock tests, and dedicated learning.

Initially preparing for banking exams, Antriksh decided to explore SSC CGL after encouragement from his family. After an unprepared first attempt, he changed his strategy and joined the Surya 3.0 batch, beginning a more focused approach towards SSC CGL preparation and selection.

SSC CGL 2025 Preparation Strategy

Antriksh followed an eight-to-ten-hour daily study routine. His schedule included classes, question practice, PYQs and revision.

“Sir, I used to study around 8 to 10 hours daily. And in the morning, I used to watch classes. Then after the classes, if I was studying Arithmetic Maths, I would solve random questions from Arithmetic. I would solve PYQs, and at night I would revise some GS. After that, I would revise Arithmetic a little and then go to sleep.”

He did not restrict himself to live classes. Recorded lectures helped him manage his time and dedicate more hours to practice.

“Sir, I did it both ways. Half the time I watched live classes, and half the time I watched them later because in the morning I was doing PYQs and giving mocks. Later, in the evening, I watched all the recorded lectures at 2X to save time.”

SSC CGL GS Preparation: Focusing on PYQs

General Studies was an area where Antriksh needed additional focus. He found that a dedicated approach helped him narrow down the vast syllabus.

“I think, sir, SSC Wala has a quite sorted-out course for GS. The study plan is designed according to whatever PYQs have come. And I studied according to that.”

He also found it easier to connect questions from previous examinations with topics covered in classes.

“Especially in subjects like History and Geography, when I solved PYQs, I could relate that the answers asked in previous exams were the same things being taught in the classes.”

For Current Affairs, he specifically followed Kriti Ma’am’s classes.

“And for Current GK, I specifically followed Kriti Ma’am’s classes. That helped me a lot. In both Tier 1 and Tier 2, I had many questions that I solved on the basis of those classes.”

SSC CGL Maths and English Preparation

For Maths, Antriksh relied heavily on PYQs and sectional mocks. He highlighted that regular question-solving was essential for improving performance.

“Maths, sir, I mostly solved PYQs. I did PYQs and followed sectional mocks, where you give a mock only for Maths. I followed those quite a lot because it requires practice.”

He particularly stressed the importance of practising Arithmetic:

“Arithmetic is such that no matter how many classes you watch, until you solve a thousand questions in it, it does not really settle.”

For English, his focus was mainly on vocabulary and comprehension because his grammar was already strong.

“English, sir, was already okay for me. My grammar was on point most of the time. The major focus I had to give in English was vocabulary.”

SSC CGL Mock Test Strategy

Mock tests played a major role in Antriksh’s preparation. Before Tier 1, he gradually increased his mock practice.

“Before Tier 1, I gave quite few mock tests. Only one or two weeks before Tier 1, I started giving one or two mocks daily. I gave around 30 mocks before Tier 1.”

His mock-test practice increased significantly before Tier 2.

“Before Tier 2, I gave quite a lot because by then my concepts were clear. There was not much left to study. I just had to practise. I gave around 100 mock tests.”

He also attempted multiple mocks on some days.

“For about a month, I continuously gave mocks, and on some days I gave three mocks. So, around 80 to 100 mocks were completed.”

This practice helped him become more comfortable with time management and the examination format.

How PW Supported Antriksh’s SSC CGL Preparation

PW became an important part of Antriksh’s dedicated preparation. He joined Surya 3.0 during his preparation and later used the Daksh 2026 Foundation Batch for revision before Tier 2.

“I joined Surya 3.0. I think I enrolled around June, maybe even before June, around May. And after giving the Tier 1 exam, before Tier 2, I joined Daksh 2026 Foundation Batch for some revision. And I am still enrolled in it.”

Antriksh also explained how he viewed the difference between PW’s paid batches and YouTube classes.

“In paid batches, sir, there are very conceptual things. What happens on YouTube is mostly revision. You make us solve questions and that is it.”

He found the dedicated classes particularly useful for building conceptual clarity.

“YouTube classes have very good revision because you give questions and you have to solve them within a time limit. And paid batches are different. There you teach the concepts properly.”

He further explained how the two formats complemented each other:

“Once you watch the paid classes, solving the revision questions on YouTube becomes quite easy because your concepts are already clear from that.”

This combination of conceptual learning, revision and question practice became an important part of his SSC CGL preparation.

The SSC CGL 2025 Final Result testimonial of Antriksh Kumar highlights how consistent preparation, PYQ practice, mock tests, and dedicated learning can help aspirants progress towards their goals. His journey from an unprepared 2024 attempt to SSC CGL 2025 success also shows the importance of identifying weaknesses and changing one’s strategy.

His experience with PW’s Surya 3.0 and Daksh Foundation Batch, combined with self-study and extensive mock practice, helped him build conceptual clarity and strengthen his exam preparation. For future SSC CGL aspirants, his journey offers a practical lesson: learn concepts properly, practise extensively, revise consistently, and keep moving forward even after an unsuccessful mock or attempt.
