SSC CHSL 2025 Exam City Missing: Many candidates are currently navigating a wave of confusion regarding their SSC CHSL 2025 City Intimation status. Since the SSC CHSL City Intimation was released, we have seen countless doubts and comments, especially from two groups of candidates:
"Yet to be Made Live" Status: Those who are checking their status and seeing a message like, "Your City of Examination is Yet to be Made Live."
Unsatisfied City Preference: Those who have been allotted an exam city but it wasn't among their initial choices, despite SSC stating that most candidates received their preference.
The good news is that the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is aware of these functional difficulties and has provided a specific, time-bound mechanism for you to raise your concerns.
8th of November is the absolute last date for you to represent your case. If you have any issues regarding your allocated exam city, you must act now!
The official SSC notice clearly stated that only those candidates who have not been given the City of Examination from their preferred choices can represent their case through the official Feedback Portal on the Commission’s website. If slots are available, the Commission may reallocate your city.
Many students are unsure about how to access and fill out this mysterious Feedback Portal. We’ve broken down the exact steps to make sure you get this done correctly:
Go to the official SSC website.
Locate the Login/Registration Number section on the homepage.
Enter your Registration Number and Password.
Complete the required security code (Captcha).
Pro Tip: When you successfully log in, the SSC system recognises your unique registration number, which is key to accessing the feedback form.
Once logged in, you will be taken to your personal candidate portal dashboard (where your name, father's name, email, etc., are displayed).
Look carefully for a link or option that says: "Click Here to Share the Feedback."
Important: This option is inside your logged-in portal; you won't find it open on the main website.
Clicking the link will open the dedicated Feedback Form (it looks similar to a Google Form).
Your Registration Number, Candidate Name, and other details will be pre-filled.
Select the Examination Name: Click the dropdown and select SSC CHSL 2025.
Select the Category: Choose the relevant category for your issue.
The Crucial Part: Description/Please Up Request: In this description box, clearly and concisely write out your problem.
Example 1 (Missing Status): "I am unable to view my examination city; the status shows 'Yet to be Made Live'."
Example 2 (Wrong Preference): "I was not allotted any of my preferred city choices (e.g., Delhi, Jaipur) and request a reallocation as per the official notice."
Submit: Once you’ve filled out the description, hit the Submit button.
Don’t miss this! If you fail to fill out this form by the deadline, SSC will not be responsible for any difficulties in your city allocation.
We have heard the concerns: "I can only see the date and city, but not the shift!"
Relax! You do not need to worry about the specific SSC CHSL shift timing right now. You have already received the most critical information: your Examination Date and Examination City. The shift you selected will be allocated, and the final shift time, along with all other details, will be clearly mentioned in your Admit Card (Admission Certificate).
The SSC CHSL Admit Card 2025 will be available for download approximately three to four days before your actual examination date.
You have successfully taken the necessary step by filling out the feedback form. Now, put your head down and focus entirely on your preparation! Don’t let administrative anxiety distract you from achieving your best score.
Good luck with your SSC CHSL 2025 exam preparations! If you’ve followed all the steps, you’ve done everything you can.
