SSC GD Exam 2026: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released a notice informing candidates regarding the SSC GD 2026 new exam week preference option. A notice has been published on the commission’s official portal. The purpose of introducing the new exam week preference option is to streamline the SSC GD exam conducting process. Candidates can get the convenience of choosing the exam date and testing centres to appear in the SSC GD examination. As per the schedule, the SSC GD exam will commence from April 27 to May 30, 2026.

They may need to log in using the registration number and password. It allows them to choose the SSC GD 2026 new exam week preference.

It includes the SSC GD exam date, exam timing, centre name, address, and reporting time. Candidates can download the intimation slip to know the details and make travel plans accordingly. 

SSC GD Admit Card 2026

Candidates can expect the SSC GD Admit Card 2026 to be released on the official portal around a week before the beginning of the exam. SSC GD exam will commence from April 27, 2026, in multiple testing centres located in India.

Candidates will be able to download the admit card from the login portal once the link is active online. The admit card is an essential document required to take the exam. Candidates can verify their identity proof at the test centre and appear for the GD examination.
