SSC GD CAPF Constable Physical Efficiency Eligibility
After meeting the physical and medical standards, candidates must undergo a Physical Efficiency Test (PET). The PET includes running and other physical activities to test the candidate's endurance and physical fitness. Candidates who qualify for the PET are then eligible to move on to the next stage of the selection process.a) For Male Candidates: Race : 5 km in 24 minutes.
b) For Female Candidates: Race : 1.6 km in 8.5 minutes.
