SSC KKR Region: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) operates under the Department of Personnel & Training, Government of India. Initially known as the Subordinate Services Commission, it was established on July 1, 1976, to recruit non-technical Group C posts on a zonal basis under the Central Government, excluding positions filled by the Railway Service Commission and industrial establishments.
