Candidates must personally visit the office with a photocopy of their application receipt and a valid photo identification card. The cost associated with obtaining the duplicate admit card will be borne by the candidate.

It is mandatory to correctly write your signature, question booklet number, roll number, and the designated paragraph on the OMR Sheet.
The Board has observed that candidates sometimes fail to fill in required information accurately, leading to cancellation of candidature. To avoid this, candidates are advised by Physics Wallah to study the important instructions and practice on the specimen OMR Sheet before the exam.
Specific instructions from the OMR Specimen (Annexure 'B'):
The answer sheet consists of two copies (original and duplicate). Do not attempt to separate or displace them.
Use only the Ball Point Pen provided in the exam hall. Other pens/pencils are not permitted. It is not necessary to darken the second copy separately.
Avoid making any stray marks on the answer sheet. Using any other paper, calculating machines, mobile phones, or similar items is prohibited and will lead to disqualification.
Carefully fill in all necessary particulars on the Answer Sheet. Changes are not allowed once filled.
Copy the paragraph provided in your Question Booklet (either in English or Hindi) into the designated space on the Answer Sheet. You must sign the OMR/Answer sheet at column no. 4.
Darken the circles corresponding to your Roll Number and Question Booklet Number in Box Number 2 & 3 very carefully.
When darkening the circles, ensure they are fully filled.
Candidates must answer multiple-choice questions by selecting the correct option (A, B, C or D) and darkening the corresponding circle on the answer sheet. Once darkened, changes are not permitted.
