• Quality Controller: B.Sc in Agriculture or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Agricultural Engineering, or Biotechnology.

• Lower Grade Clerk: Any graduate degree with computer typing skills and basic computer knowledge.

• Online Computer-Based Test: Candidates take an online exam consisting of 100 objective questions. The exam duration is 2 hours and 15 minutes. Questions cover General Studies, Mental Ability, Language skills, and post-specific technical subjects.

• Skill Test: Lower Grade Clerk applicants must qualify in computer typing speed tests in Hindi and English.

• Merit List Preparation: The board creates a rank list based purely on total scores achieved in the online written test.

Selected candidates receive monthly salary payments along with standard government allowances like Dearness Allowance and House Rent Allowance.

• Assistant Manager & Assistant Accounts Officer: Level 7 Pay Scale (9,300 rupees to 34,800 rupees with Grade Pay 4,600 rupees).

• Accountant & Quality Controller: Level 4 Pay Scale (5,200 rupees to 20,200 rupees with Grade Pay 2,400 rupees; Pay Matrix 19,900 rupees to 63,200 rupees).

• Lower Grade Clerk: Level 2 Pay Scale (5,200 rupees to 20,200 rupees with Grade Pay 1,900 rupees).
