HSSC Group C Apply Online 2026 begins from June 24 to June 30, 2026. Candidates need to visit the official website to apply for the posts before the last date. No application fee is required to submit the application for Group C posts.
Candidates must meet the rules for education, age, and body measurements to be eligible.
A candidate must have a Graduation degree from a real college to apply for Assistant Superintendent of Jail.
A candidate must pass class 10+2 from a recognised school board to apply for a Warder.
All candidates must have studied Hindi or Sanskrit as a subject in school.
Assistant Superintendent Jail: The age must be between 21 and 27 years.
Warder: The age must be between 18 and 25 years.
Reserved categories get 5 years of relaxation in the upper age limit.
Men: The height must be at least 170 cm for the general category. The chest must be 83 cm and expand to 87 cm.
Women: The height must be at least 158 cm for the general category.
HSSC CET Group C Selection Process 2026 has multiple stages. Candidates must qualify for the Physical Measurement Test. Then, there is a Physical Screening Test to check physical fitness.
Men must run 2.5 km in 12 minutes.
Women must run 1.0 km in 6 minutes.
After passing the physical tests, candidates must write an offline exam. The exam uses an OMR sheet with multiple-choice questions. There are 100 questions for 100 marks. The test time is 1 hour and 45 minutes. General category students must get 50% marks to pass, and reserved category students must get 40% marks to pass.
