UP Home Guard Bharti Physical Standard Test (PST) Details

The Uttar Pradesh Home Guard Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) details are structured below based on the latest recruitment guidelines.

1. Physical Standard Test (PST)

Candidates must meet the following height and chest specifications based on their category:

Male Candidates

• Height (General/OBC/SC): 168 cm minimum.

• Height (ST): 160 cm minimum.

• Chest (General/OBC/SC): 79 cm (Unexpanded) | 84 cm (Expanded).

• Chest (ST): 77 cm (Unexpanded) | 82 cm (Expanded).

• Chest Expansion: Minimum 5 cm expansion required for all males.

Female Candidates

• Height (General/OBC/SC): 152 cm minimum.

• Height (ST): 147 cm minimum.

• Weight: Minimum 40 kg required for all female candidates.

2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Candidates who pass the physical measurements must qualify for the running event:

• Male Candidates: 4.8 km run to be completed within 28 minutes.

• Female Candidates: 2.4 km run to be completed within 16 minutes.
