UP Police Constable Physical Test Running Time 

For the UP Police Constable Physical Test, male candidates have to run 4.8 kilometers and finish it within 25 minutes. Female candidates need to complete a 2.4-kilometer race in 14 minutes. These time limits are very strict, and all candidates must complete the race within the given time.
