Written Examination: Eligible candidates will undergo an offline objective-type written examination. This paper will be worth 300 marks, consisting of 150 questions across General Knowledge, General Hindi, Numerical & Mental Ability, and Mental Aptitude, IQ & Reasoning Ability, with a duration of 2 hours. Candidates must achieve minimum qualifying marks: 30% for Unreserved, 25% for EWS/OBC, and 20% for SC/ST categories.

Document Verification and Physical Standard Test (DV & PST): Candidates who qualify the written exam will be called for DV & PST. This stage is qualifying in nature and assesses physical measurements such as height, chest (for males), and weight (for females). Physical standards are as follows:

  • Male Candidates:

  • Height (General/OBC/SC): 168 cm

  • Height (ST): 160 cm

  • Chest (General/OBC/SC): 79-84 cm (unexpanded-expanded)

  • Chest (ST): 77-82 cm (unexpanded-expanded)

  • Female Candidates:

  • Height (ST): 147 cm

  • Weight: Minimum 40 kg

Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Successful candidates from DV & PST will proceed to the PET. This stage is also qualifying and includes a running test: 4.8 km in 25 minutes for male candidates and 2.4 km in 14 minutes for female candidates.

Final Merit List: A final merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the written examination for candidates who clear the PET, adhering to the reservation policy.
