According to Regulation 7 of Uttar Pradesh Agricultural Produce Market Committee (Central) Service Regulations, 1984 (as amended), for direct recruitment to the post of Secretary Grade 2 the candidate must have passed any recognized university and have a graduate degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Marketing, Science, Commerce, Economics, etc. Preferable Qualification - According to Regulation, in case of direct recruitment, other things being equal, Master's degree in Agricultural Economics or Agricultural Marketing from a recognized university or AICTE.
