AP POLYCET Counselling 2024: The Department of Technical Education has started the AP POLYCET Counselling 2024 and certificate verification for Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic Common Entrance Test from 11th to 13th July 2024.
Interested students can complete the processing fee and certificate at the official website appolycet.nic.in. The optional subscription dates are scheduled from 11th July to 14th July 2024. All the candidates who have not paid the processing fee in the first stage should pay the processing fee from 11th July through the official website. The processing fee is ₹ 700 for OC and BC candidates and ₹ 250 for SC and ST candidates. - EWS certificate valid for the year 2024-25, for OC candidates who want to claim reservation under EWS category.
- Income Certificate issued on or after 01.01.2021 for claiming tuition fee reimbursement.
- Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority in case of reserved category(BC/SC/ST) candidates.
- Transfer Certificate
- Local status certificate (if applicable).
AP POLYCET Counselling Process 2024
- AP POLYCET 2024 Registration – Candidates need to register for AP POLYCET 2024 online counseling and seat and process payment. Once the candidate is registered, he can lock his choice for the agreed date.
- Document Verification - All eligible candidates must approach AP POLYCET Support Center for document verification. Candidates must bring all their original documents and photocopies to the centers. Once all documents are verified, students will receive a "Certified Receipt".
- Optional choice - on the day of optional study, applicants must lock their university of applied sciences and course choices online. After locking the options, the candidates should take a printout of their option application form. Candidates can also visit AP POLYCET 2024 Support Centers to declare option.
- AP POLYCET Seat Allotment - After the candidates enter their choices, the authorities will consider the choices, category and merit value before releasing the final allotment. After that, the AP POLYCET 2024 seat allotment results were announced by the authorities. Candidates can check their seat status by logging into the portal. Students who have been allotted seats have to download their AP POLYCET 2024 seat letter from the portal by paying 800 rupees.
- Reporting at Selected Centers and Fee Payment – After candidates have uploaded their AP POLYCET 2024 Seat Letters, they must first report to the Selected College through self-reporting (online system) and then physically. It should be noted that both online and physical reporting is mandatory. Applicants must then pay the required admission fee.
