TS PGECET Counselling 2024 Eligibility
The TS PGECET Counselling 2024 Eligibility for the candidates. In order to be admitted to the participating institutes, candidates must fulfill the eligibility requirements of the TS PGECET counseling 2024. The criteria to be eligible to take part in the TS PGECET counseling are given below.- Indian nationality is a requirement for candidates.
- Candidates must be residents of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh.
- The local/non-local status standards outlined in the admissions regulations must be met by students.
- Applicants must have passed the qualifying exam with at least 50% of the possible points (45% for those in the reserved category).
TS PGECET Counselling 2024 Procedure
For those who qualify for the TS PGECET 2024 and GATE exams, separate counseling sessions will be held by the authorities. To take part in the TS PGECET 2024 counseling, candidates must pass one of the two tests with valid scores. Those who pass the GATE exam in 2022, 2023, or 2024 will also be qualified to participate in the counseling procedure. The counseling procedure will be used to provide seats to the participating institutes. TS PGECET Registration and Payment of Fees: Initially, candidates must register online and pay the Rs. 600 (Rs. 300 for those in reserved categories) counseling cost. The option to finish the registration process at the support centers or independently will be available to candidates. You must enter your mobile number and email address when registering. Application Form Filling: The candidates will need to provide their contact information, academic records, and personal information in the following step of the application process. The GATE/GPAT hall ticket and a current color passport-size photo must be scanned and uploaded into the application form. It is best to print this page off for later use. Document Verification: Those who have registered must go to the TS PGECET counseling 2024 support centers to get their documentation verified. Upon completion of the process, the candidates will receive a certificate of document verification. This year, candidates will upload scanned images of their documentation instead of physically visiting the centers for verification. Special category certificates, however, must report on time for physical verification. Choice Filling: Following document verification, candidates will be required to complete an online form selecting the courses and colleges they wish to attend. The preferences must be followed when making the selections. Candidates will be required to select their preferred seat from a list of available seats based on their rank. Seat Allotment: In the end, seats will be distributed by the authorities based on the ranks attained, the preferences, the category, and the availability of seats. Information regarding the allocation of seats will be accessible over the internet. The chosen applicants must download their provisional allotment letter and arrive at their designated institutes at the designated time and date.
