Candidates must have passed +2 Science or an equivalent examination.
A minimum of 50% aggregate marks is required for the Unreserved (UR) category.

The OUAT admission 2026 last date for submitting Form-A is 11 May 2026 at 11:59 PM. The application fee can be paid until 12 May 2026. For Form-B, the last date is 16 June 2026. Candidates are advised not to wait until the last moment to avoid technical issues.

Step 1 – Submit Form-A.
Visit www.ouat.ac.in or https://ouat-lokaseba-odisha.in and log in with your email ID, mobile number, and OTP. Fill in your personal details, upload your photograph and signature, and choose your preferred examination centre.
Step 2 – Pay the Application Fee
Pay Rs. 2,000 online using Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or UPI. The fee is non-refundable.
Step 3 – Submit Form-B

Step 4 – Download Admit Card
