WB Madhyamik Toppers List 2026 Out: The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education has officially announced the WB Madhyamik Result 2026 on May 8, 2026, on the official website. WB Madhyamik Topper List has been declared with the official results. It includes the information of the students who have scored the WB Madhyamik topper marks in the exam. The Madhyamik topper list shows the names of the dedicated students who have achieved the highest scores in the exams. These students are Adrit Sarkar (696 marks), Anubhav Biswas (694 marks), and Soumya Pal (694 marks).

The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) announced the Class 10 results on May 8, 2026. The official results were first shared in a meeting at 9:30 AM. After the meeting, the board opened the links for students to check their marks online at 10:15 AM.

Students can check the Madhyamik Result 2026 out in different ways using a computer or a mobile phone. Here are the simple steps for each method:

1. Official Websites

• Visit the official website: wbresults.nic.in or wbbse.wb.gov.in.

• Click on the link that says "Madhyamik Pariksha Result 2026".

• Enter the Roll Number and Date of Birth as written on the admit card.

• Click the Submit button to see the result.

• Download or take a print of the marksheet.

2. SMS Service

• Open the messaging app on a mobile phone.

• Type a new message: WB10 Roll Number (Example: WB10 1234567).

• Send this message to 56070 or 58888.

• The result will be sent as a text message to the same phone.

3. Mobile Apps

• Go to the Google Play Store and search for the "Madhyamik Results" or "iResults" app.

• Download and install the app.

• Open the app and enter the Roll Number and Date of Birth.

• The marksheet will appear on the mobile screen.

4. DigiLocker

• Open the DigiLocker app or website and log in using an Aadhaar number or mobile number.

• Go to the "Education" section and search for "West Bengal Board of Secondary Education".

• Select "Class X Marksheet".

• Enter the Roll Number and year (2026).

• Click to get the document and save the digital marksheet.

WB Madhyamik Result Statistics 2026

WB Madhyamik Result Statistics 2026 shows the overall result and students' performance in the exam. 

• Total Students: A total of 9,71,340 students sat for the exam this year.

• Female Students: 5,44,606 girls appeared for the test.

• Male Students: 4,26,733 boys appeared for the test.

• Overall Pass Percentage: 86.83% of all students passed the examination.

• Success of Boys and Girls: The pass percentage for boys remained slightly higher than that of girls, though more girls took the exam overall.

• Top Performance: Of the 131 students on the Top 10 list, 103 were boys, and 28 were girls.

WB Madyamik District-Wise Pass Percentage

• Top District: Kalimpong is the best-performing district this year. It has the highest pass percentage of 95.1%.

• Other Top Districts: Kolkata, East Midnapore, and West Midnapore also recorded very high pass percentages.

• Total Successful Students: Across the whole state, 86.83% of the students passed the exam.

• Merit List: 131 students from 19 different districts made it into the Top 10 list.

• Special Achievement: Uttar Dinajpur district had the most students in the Top 10 list, with 14 students reaching the top ranks.
