1.Visit the Single-Window Portal
Open your smartphone or computer browser and navigate to the official website at wbcap.in.
2.Access the Student Login Page
Locate and click on the Student Login option prominently displayed on the homepage.
3.Provide Registration Credentials
Enter your registered User ID and Password into the login boxes and click submit.
4.Check Allotment and Download Letter
Navigate to the 'Admission Dashboard' tab to view your allotted college and course. Download and save the provisional allotment letter for verification day.
When your individual student allocation sheet opens on the screen, check the following details carefully to avoid any descriptive errors:
Complete name of the applicant
Unique registration or application number
Date of birth and social category (General, SC, ST, OBC)
Marks percentage scored in the qualifying board exam
Allotted higher education institution name
Allotted stream, major subject, or course program
Designated timeline and window details for fee submission

Accept the Current Allotment: If you are satisfied with the college and course option allocated to you, select the accept button and complete the online semester admission fee payment through the portal before June 15, 2026, to lock in your seat.
Opt for Upgradation: If you prefer a higher-choice college on your list, you can choose the seat upgradation option. This lets you hold your current placement while being considered for a preferred college in the upgrade round on June 20.
