MPPSC Big Update, 5 Combined Exam Groups and New Syllabus Strategy

The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has introduced some changes in the joint recruitment exam. This concerns technical and academic group-related recruitment. The authority has replaced the individual exams. Candidates who are interested in applying for the MPPSC technical recruitments in the future. Five Joint Recruitment Exam Categories In MPPSC

MPPSC has decided to launch a new framework across exam categories for candidates. 

1. State Service Examination and State Forest Service Examination

2. Engineering Qualification Group

3. Higher Education-related Posts Group

4. Health Department Posts Group

5. General Postgraduate and Graduate Level Posts Group

Key Changes and Provisions

The proposed rules include several important provisions:

• Vacancy Reporting: All departments are mandated to submit information regarding their vacant posts to the MPPSC annually by September 30.

• Age Calculation: The age for recruitment will be calculated from January 1 of the year following the recruitment year.

• Direct Interview Provision: If the number of applications received for a post is less than three times the total sanctioned seats, the MPPSC may opt to conduct direct interviews based on qualifications and experience, without a written examination.
