• The EWS certificate itself serves as the Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) proof for EWS male/female candidates; a separate NCL is not required.

• Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) Certificate (Other Backward Classes): Valid certificates for the financial year 2025-26 or 2026-27 are required for other backward classes(OBC).

• Disability Certificate: Candidates must meticulously follow all specifications, as verification is very stringent.

• Ex-Serviceman Proof: Required for those seeking a reservation on this basis.

• Sports Certificate:
  The requirements for sports certificates differ based on the examination stage:

• Orphan Reservation Proof: Required if claiming reservation on this basis.

MPSC Combine 2026 Domicile Certificate Rules

The Domicile Certificate is a crucial document that proves you are a Maharashtra resident and is crucial for MPSC Combine 2026 form filling to claim reservation, fee concessions, and ensure eligibility during document verification. Without a domicile certificate, you are considered in the general category.

•  It is essential for Unreserved Women, Sportspersons, Disabled individuals, Ex-Servicemen, and Orphans who claim reservation.

Caste Certificate and Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) for Women

For women candidates applying to the MPSC Combine 2026, a valid Caste Certificate and Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) Certificate are required to support claims under OBC or other reserved categories. • Specific Condition (Point 4.9 of Notification): However, for women from backward classes other than the Scheduled Castes (SC) and the Scheduled Tribes (ST) who wish to claim reservation, it is mandatory to submit the NCL certificate as prescribed by the relevant departments from time to time.

• Claiming NCL Status: Women from all backward classes (excluding SC/ST) must explicitly claim to belong to the Non-Creamy Layer.

• NCL 30% Certificate for Unreserved Women: Unreserved women wishing to avail the 30% reservation must obtain an NCL 30% certificate, which has a validity of only one year.

EWS and NCL Certificate Validity 

The validity of category certificates plays a decisive role in ensuring eligibility during the application process of the MPSC Combine 2026. Candidates claiming benefits under EWS or NCL must ensure their certificates are issued for the correct financial year and remain valid as per the notification guidelines, as any mismatch can lead to rejection during verification.

NOC for Working Government Employees
