Bihar STET Online Form 2026: The Bihar Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) 2026 notification has been issued for candidates seeking eligibility for teaching posts in secondary and higher secondary classes in Bihar. The examination will be conducted as a Computer Based Test (CBT). Bihar STET 2026 Eligibility Criteria

For Bihar government school teacher eligibility, the qualifications are linked with the Bihar State School Teacher Appointment, Transfer, Disciplinary Action and Service Conditions Rules, 2023, including its amendments.

Candidates belonging to SC, ST, Extremely Backward Class, Backward Class and Divyang categories, who are original residents of Bihar, are eligible for the prescribed relaxation in educational and professional qualification.

How to Apply for Bihar STET Online Form 2026?

Candidates can follow the steps below to complete the Bihar STET 2026 application form:

1. Visit the official Bihar STET application website: stetregistration.cbrt.co.in.

2. Click on the Registration option.

3. Enter the required details and click Generate OTP.

4. Complete the registration process using the OTP.

5. The User ID and Password will be sent to the registered mobile number through SMS.

6. Login using the User ID and Password.

7. Complete the online application form and enter personal, educational and other required details.

8. Upload the prescribed photograph, signature and certificates.

9. Use the Preview option to check the complete application form.

10. Correct any errors before final submission.

11. Click on Save and proceed to fee payment.

12. Select Online Payment and choose the available payment gateway.

13. Pay the examination fee through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking or UPI.

14. Save and retain the submitted application form for future reference.

Candidates must upload a scanned recent colour photograph and signature.

• Photograph dimensions: 3.5 cm × 4.5 cm

• Photograph should have a white or light-coloured background.
