  • Class X Secondary Board Certificate (for verification of Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name, and Date of Birth).

  • Identity proof (e.g., Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or equivalent) and Identification Number.

  • Disability certificate (on proper format issued by the Competent Authority for differently-abled candidates, if applicable).

  • Letter of Undertaking for Using Own Scribe (if applicable, including details and qualification of the scribe).
