
EMRS Exam Date 2025: The Eklavya Model Residential Schools Staff Selection Examination (ESSE) has officially released the EMRS Exam Date 2025 for teaching and non-teaching recruitment across India. Candidates appearing for posts such as Principal, PGT, TGT, Accountant, Hostel Warden, Nurse, Junior Secretariat Assistant, and Lab Attendant can now access the complete exam timetable, shift details, and essential instructions for the Tier I examination. The ESSE has released the EMRS Admit Card 2025 for Principal and Accountant posts on 11 December 2025. The exam will be conducted in two shifts in offline (OMR-based) mode. The admit card contains all essential details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, exam city, shift timing, reporting time, and exam centre address. Candidates must carry a printed copy of their admit card along with a valid photo ID to the examination centre to avoid any issues on the exam day.
The notification issued on 25 November 2025 officially confirms the exam dates, shift timings, and structure for Tier I. The examination will be held in offline OMR-based mode across multiple exam cities nationwide. EMRS Admit cards were released on 11th December 2025 for the exam which will be held on 13th and 14th December 2025.
As per the announcement by the National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS), the Tier I exam is scheduled for 13, 14, and 21 December 2025, conducted in Morning and Afternoon shifts.

The EMRS Tier I exam will be conducted in two shifts on all three exam days.
Morning Shift: 9:00 AM onwards
Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM onwards
Candidates must report at least 60–90 minutes early for security checks, document verification, and seating arrangements. Late entry will not be permitted under any circumstances.
Exam city information will be available 15 days before the exam in the candidate login
Admit cards can be downloaded 2 days before the exam from the portal.
The entire examination will be conducted in offline OMR mode.
Candidates must strictly follow the reporting time for frisking and verification.
Carry a valid photo ID and a clear printed admit card.
Any mismatch in details (name, photo, date of birth, etc.) may lead to disqualification.
Plan your travel early, as some centres may fall in high-traffic or remote locations.
