HTET July 2025

HTET 2025 is scheduled to be held on 30 and 31 July 2025 at different cities. Conducted by the Board of School Education, Haryana (BSEH), HTET certifies candidates' eligibility to teach at three levels: Level 1 (Primary Teacher for classes 1-5), Level 2 (Trained Graduate Teacher for classes 6-8), and Level 3 (Post Graduate Teacher for classes 9-12). The exam is offline and bilingual (Hindi and English), with each paper containing 150 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 2 hours and 30 minutes. There is no negative marking. The admit cards are released about 5 to 10 days before the exam.

  • In the Jind district, the exam center's name has changed from "Guru Dronacharya Public School, Village Manoharpur" to "Scholars International School, Village Manoharpur" (Centre Code remains 08015). Though the name changed, the location remains the same.

  • In Sirsa district, the exam center itself has shifted from "PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 1" (Centre Code 17040) to "Arya Senior Secondary School, Patel Basti" (Centre Code 17042).



All affected candidates are strongly advised to re-download their admit cards and carefully check the updated exam center details before the exam dates on July 30-31, 2025, and report to the new centers accordingly

HTET Exam Centers Guidelines for 2025 include the following key points:

  • Candidates must carry the original and a photocopy of a valid photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Passport) along with the printed HTET admit card and two recent passport-size photographs.

  • Only black ball-point pens are allowed for marking answers; no electronic devices, calculators, notes, or other materials are permitted inside the exam hall.

  • Candidates should bring their clipboard/hardboard with nothing written on it.

  • Arrive at the exam center at least 2 hours and 10 minutes before the exam to complete security checks like biometric verification and thumb impressions.

  • Entry without the admit card and valid photo ID is not allowed.

  • Unfair means or cheating attempts will lead to strict action.

  • Some exam centers have changed names or venues; affected candidates must re-download their admit cards and check the updated center details.
