1. Download / Prepare Application Form

2. Fill in Details

• Post S.No., Post Name (PGT/TGT/PRT), Subject, and Community must be mentioned at the top of the form and also on the top of the envelope.

• Fill personal details, qualifications, experience, and enclosures.

3. Attach Documents (Self-attested copies)

• Educational certificates & mark sheets (10th, 12th, Grad, PG, B.Ed/D.El.Ed/BTC, CTET/TET, etc.)

• Experience certificate(s), if applicable.

• Category certificate (if SC/ST/OBC/EWS).

• Any other documents as per eligibility.

4. Photograph

• Affix a recent passport-size photograph in the space provided and self-attest it.

5. Prepare Envelope

• Separate application for each post/subject.

• On top of envelope: Write Post S.No. – Post Name – Subject – Community.

6. Send Registration Form

• Only through Registered Post/Speed Post (no ordinary post, no email, no hand delivery).
