According to the NTA notice dated August 16, 2026, the provisional answer keys and recorded responses are available for candidates, who can raise challenges against questions during the specified window.
Candidates can follow the steps below to submit objections against the UGC NET June 2026 provisional answer key:
Step 1: Visit the Official Website: Go to the official UGC NET website at ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
Step 2: Open the Answer Key Challenge Link: On the homepage, look for the link related to the UGC NET June 2026 Provisional Answer Key/Challenge.
Step 3: Login to Your Account: Enter the required login credentials, such as your application number and password or other details as requested on the portal.
Step 4: Check the Provisional Answer Key: After logging in, candidates can view their provisional answer key along with their recorded responses. Carefully compare the answers with reliable academic references.
Step 5: Select the Question to Challenge: Choose the question or questions for which you believe the provisional answer is incorrect. Candidates can raise a challenge against any applicable question.
