  3. Selection: Write-ups are divided into three pay scale categories. A two-tier examination follows.

  • Tier-I (Screening): A Screening Committee in the Department of Pension and Pensioners Welfare evaluates.

  • Tier-II (Evaluation): An Evaluation Committee shortlists for 5 awards and 10 Jury Certificates.

  1. Final Approval: The Evaluation Committee finalizes awardees. Secretary (Pension & PW) and Hon'ble MOS (PP) give final approval.
