Additionally, UPSC has provided a correction window from March 12, 2025, to March 18, 2025, allowing candidates to make necessary modifications to their application forms. However, changes to the One-Time Registration (OTR) Profile cannot be made through this window and must be updated separately on the OTR platform. Steps to Fill Out UPSC CMS Application 2025

Step 1: Visit the Official Website

• Go to https://upsconline.gov.in.
• Click on "Online Application for Various Examinations of UPSC."

Step 2: Complete One-Time Registration (OTR) (If Not Registered)

• New users must register on the OTR platform.
• Provide personal details such as name, date of birth, email ID, and mobile number.
• Verify the registration through OTP sent to email and mobile number.

Step 3: Log In and Start the Application

• Use your OTR ID and password to log in.
• Select “Combined Medical Services Examination 2025” from the list.

Step 4: Fill Out the Application Form

• Enter personal details, educational qualifications, category (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD), and communication details.
• Choose your preferred exam centre from the available list.

Step 5: Upload Required Documents

• Upload recent passport-size photograph (with name and date).
• Upload scanned signature and valid Photo ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, etc.).

Step 6: Pay the Application Fee

• General/OBC candidates: ₹200
• SC/ST/PwBD/Female candidates: Exempted
• Payment can be made via Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or cash at SBI Bank.

Step 7: Preview & Submit the Application

• Carefully review all entered details.
• Make corrections if necessary (before final submission).
• Click on “Submit” to complete the application.

Step 8: Download Confirmation Page

• After successful submission, download and print the application confirmation receipt for future reference.
