UPSC EPFO Selection Process 2025
The UPSC EPFO Selection Process 2025 is conducted in two main stages: a Recruitment Test (RT) followed by a Personality Test.
- The Recruitment Test is an offline, objective-type exam consisting of 120 multiple-choice questions, carrying a total of 300 marks.
- Each question carries 2.5 marks, with a negative marking of one-third of the marks for every incorrect answer.
- The test duration is 2 hours and is conducted in both Hindi and English (except for the English language section).
- Candidates who qualify the RT are called for the Interview, which carries 100 marks.
The final merit list is prepared by giving 75% weightage to the Recruitment Test and 25% to the Interview.
