How to Fill UPSC IES ISS Application Form 2024?
The UPSC IES ISS Application Form 2024 apply online link is active from April 10 onwards at the official portal. The application form will have four sections, viz., Part 1, Fee Payment, Part 2, and Upload Documents. Candidates who have not registered themselves with UPSC must complete the OTR registration process first. Here are the steps to complete the UPSC One-Time Registration to access the IES/ISS application form. Step 1: Visit the official website of the UPSC at 'upsconline.nic.in' and select the ‘One-time registration (OTR) for examinations of UPSC and online application’ link.
Step 2:
Select the option of ‘New Registration’ on the home page of the website.
Step 3:
Provide the required basic information, including name, phone number, and email.
Step 4:
Click on the submit button to get the OTP.
Step 5:
Verify the OTP to get the UPSC OTR ID for further application.

After this process is completed, candidates can proceed to fill out the UPSC IES ISS Application Form 2024. Step 4: After filling the part 1 of the application form, select the UPSC IES/ISS exam center from the given list. Step 5 : Upload the latest photograph signature, and other documents in the mentioned specification for part 2. Step 6: Pay the required application fee for the UPSC IES ISS exam as per category. Once the UPSC IES ISS application process is completed the information will be verified to prepare the admit cards of candidates. Only those candidates will be issued admit cards who meet the below mentioned eligibility criteria: Nationality: The candidate must be either an Indian Citizen or a Subject of Nepal/Bhutan. Other categories include:- A Tibetan refugee (came over before 1st January 1962 to permanently settle in India)
- Person of Indian Origin (Migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries (Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, and Ethiopia) or Vietnam to permanently settle in India.
