PWNSAT 2026 is the Physics Wallah National Scholarship cum Admission Test. It is conducted for students from Class 5 to Class 12 and droppers. For students studying in Class 11 and Class 12 under the JEE stream, the Level 1 exam has a total of 30 questions. The questions are asked from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Each subject has an equal number of questions. There are 10 questions from Physics, 10 questions from Chemistry, and 10 questions from Mathematics.
PWNSAT Level 1 question pattern for Class 11 and 12 JEE students covers the subject-wise questions asked in the exam. There are 30 questions in total in the JEE stream. Biology and MAT/IQ questions are not included in this pattern.

The PWNSAT Level 1 exam is held in both online and offline modes. The exam duration is 60 minutes. Online students get a 24-hour exam window, while offline exams are held in fixed time slots.
For the 2026 edition, the Level 1 exam is scheduled from 1 October to 15 October 2026 for online mode. The offline exam is scheduled on 3, 4, 10 and 11 October 2026.
The marking scheme is simple. Students get 4 marks for every correct answer. There is no negative marking in the Level 1 exam.
With 30 questions carrying 4 marks each, the maximum marks for the JEE stream Level 1 paper are 120 marks.
PWNSAT for JEE Stream includes 30 questions, around 10 questions each, from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics sections.
There are 10 Physics questions in the PWNSAT Level 1 exam for Class 11 and 12 JEE students. The questions are based on the academic level of the student and the prescribed syllabus.
The JEE stream also includes 10 Chemistry questions. Students need to prepare the topics included in the PWNSAT syllabus for their respective class.
There are 10 Mathematics questions in the exam. Mathematics is an important part of the JEE stream, so students should revise the topics given in the official syllabus before the test.
The Level 1 PWNSAT exam has a duration of 60 minutes. Students have to solve 30 questions within this time.

PWNSAT 2026 Scholarship provides students with an opportunity to get scholarships and other academic benefits. The 2026 edition offers scholarships of up to 100% and a scholarship pool of up to ₹250 crore. Cash prizes are also offered through PWNSAT Prodigy.
Students from Class 11 and Class 12 who perform well can get an opportunity to move to the next stage, called PWNSAT Prodigy. Students are shortlisted based on their Level 1 performance. School-recommended students may also be eligible for the Prodigy exam.
The PWNSAT Prodigy exam is scheduled for 1 November. It will be conducted offline at PW Vidyapeeth Centres. The exam duration is 60 minutes. Unlike Level 1, Prodigy has +4 marks for a correct answer and -1 mark for an incorrect answer.
