Scholarship Upgrade After NEET Result

Students who apply for admission before the NEET result announcement must first pay the standard flat fee. Once the National Testing Agency (NTA) releases the official NEET scorecard, PW reviews the student’s marks and updates the scholarship according to the eligibility criteria.

For example, if a student expects to score above 600 in NEET but the result is not yet declared, admission will still be processed at the flat fee. After the official scorecard is submitted, the scholarship upgrade after NEET result is processed, and the excess amount paid is either refunded or adjusted.

Process to Update Scholarship in ERP

PW has shared a clear process for updating scholarships in the ERP system after the result declaration:

1. Student takes admission at the current flat fee.

2. After the NEET result is declared, the student submits the official scorecard.

3. The admission team shares the scorecard with the ERP team through email.

4. The ERP team updates the scholarship category based on the student’s actual NEET score.

5. Refund or fee adjustment is processed for eligible students.

Students are also required to submit an undertaking confirming that the scorecard provided is genuine and not forged.

Refund Policy for Students Getting GMC Admission

PW has also confirmed that students who later secure admission into a Government Medical College (GMC) can claim a full refund. To receive the refund, students must submit valid proof and supporting admission documents. After verification, the complete amount paid, including registration fees, will be refunded.
