SAT 2026 Overview

The PWSAT 2026 is a national scholarship exam offering up to 90% scholarships to students from classes 7 to 12, including JEE and NEET aspirants (droppers). The exam is conducted in both online and offline modes, featuring a structured format of 40 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) to be completed within 60 minutes.

The syllabus is strictly based on NCERT chapters, ensuring alignment with the student's school curriculum while preparing them for higher-level competition. SAT 2026 Important Dates (Phase 2)

PWSAT 2026 Phase 1 has already been conducted successfully  from January 5 to 20, 2026 to offer early scholarship opportunities to aspirants. Phase 2 of PWSAT 2026 will now be held in both online and offline modes, giving students flexible options to appear. Online exams can be taken anytime in a 24-hour window between 1st to 20th February 2026, while offline center-based exams are scheduled on fixed dates with two time slots each day. Registration for Phase 2 is open from 22nd January 2026 to 20th February 2026, and results will be declared quickly with scholarships valid for a limited period.

SAT 2026 Eligibility for Classes 7 to 12 and Droppers

PWSAT eligibility is open to students currently enrolled in classes 7 to 12, as well as those who have completed class 12 (droppers). This makes it an ideal platform for students preparing for NEET, JEE, and other foundation-level competitive exams. Applicants must be Indian citizens and can belong to any recognised educational board, including CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, or NIOS.

There is no age limit for participation. However, students already enrolled in PW Vidyapeeth or Pathshala for the current academic year are generally not eligible to reapply for the same session.

How to Register for the SAT 2026 Online/Offline Process?

PWSAT registration is a seamless and completely free process. For 2026, the registration window for Phase 2 typically opens well in advance, allowing students to choose their preferred dates.

To register online:

1. Visit the official Physics Wallah website at: PWSAT 

2. Click on the “Register for Free” button.

3. Enter your mobile number and verify it via the OTP sent to you.

4. Fill in your personal and academic details (Class, Board, Stream).

5. Select your preferred exam mode (online or offline) and your desired exam date.

To register offline:

1. Visit your nearest PW Vidyapeeth Center or register through your school.

2. Fill out the physical registration form.

3. Submit the form along with a passport-size photograph and a photocopy of your previous class mark sheet (if required).
