Stage 1 - Written Exam

The written exam will include four mandatory papers each carrying 100 marks and two optional papers for Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering to evaluate the aspirant's knowledge in the core disciplines.

Stage 2 - Experience

Candidates who are already working in the respective departments would get additional marks based on their number of years of experience. It carries an overall weightage of 25% marks for the entire selection procedure.

For every one year of experience, candidates will get a 5 mark. The maximum marks for the experience will not exceed 25 marks. Individuals who served a partial year can obtain their marks by multiplying the number of working days for a part of a year by 5 and dividing it by 365, the resultant marks will be assigned.

Stage 3 - Interview

After a written test and evaluation of experience, the candidates will be invited for personal interviews to evaluate their academic knowledge, communication skills, and suitability for the posts. In the interview phase, candidates need to perform well to finalize their selection.

Stage 4 - Document Verification

The document verification will be conducted for shortlisted candidates to secure their selection. In this stage, candidates are required to produce the required documents for verification purposes.
