• PAT-II: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/ECE/CS/AI-ML/Microwave) +2 yrs exp. OR M.E./M.Tech/Integrated Master's.

• PAT-II (NET/GATE): Similar + CSIR-UGC NET/GATE qualification.

• PAT-I: B.E./B.Tech (Aerospace/Mech/ECE/CS/AI-ML) OR M.Sc Chemistry/Polymer OR B.E./B.Tech Chemical.

• PAT-I (NET/GATE): MCA/M.E. CS/AI-ML OR B.E./B.Tech (CS/AI-ML/Electronics) + NET/GATE.

• PA-II: 3-yr Diploma in Mechanical Engg.

CSIR NAL Application Process 2025

• Registration and document verification will be held from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM on your chosen interview date.

• No registration is allowed after 9:30 AM.

• Carry a copy of your Aadhar Card or any government-issued ID.
