• Candidates must possess B.E./B.Tech. degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from any of the recognized Universities or institutions. 
• Applicants also have a basic knowledge of Computer Application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967; and adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi Or Both.

GWSSB AE Selection Process 2025

• Written Exam - The written examination is worth 300 Marks consisting of two parts - Part-A: General Studies 100-Questions-100 Marks and Part-B: Concerned Subject 200-Questions, 200 Marks.
• Interview - Candidates who clear the written exam will be called for Interview to evaluate their communication skills and technical knowledge. The Interview is worth 100 marks.
