HAL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 notification has been officially released by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL). A total of 278 vacancies are available for Graduate, Diploma, ITI, and Non-Technical Apprentices under the Apprentices Act 1961.

This recruitment offers one year of training at HAL divisions across India. Candidates get exposure to the aerospace and defence sector. This makes it a valuable opportunity for graduates and diploma holders. Applicants are required to be present physically for Document Verification at HAL, Nasik on 17th and 18th September 2025.

HAL has released its annual Apprentice program for 2025–26 to train freshers across multiple disciplines. The program is recognized by NATS/NAPS portals. The selected candidates will undergo skill development aligned with industry needs.

HAL Apprentice Vacancy 2025

The recruitment offers a total of 278 seats. These are divided among different apprentice categories to cater to engineering, technical, and non-technical streams.

Each stream is designed to provide relevant industrial training. For example, Graduate and Diploma Apprentices will get exposure to aerospace engineering projects, while Non-Technical Apprentices will support operations in various HAL divisions.

HAL Apprentice Recruitment Eligibility Criteria 2025

Candidates must meet all eligibility conditions as per the official HAL notification before applying for the Apprentice.

Passing Criteria

• Candidate must have passed Degree/Diploma in the year 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025.

• Candidates should possess the final passing certificate as on the date of application, as per BOAT guidelines.

• Candidates with status “Appearing” or “Result Awaited” will not be eligible.

Already Registered/Completed Apprentice

• Candidates who are already registered, undergoing, or have completed Apprentice training in any other company are not eligible to apply.

Registration Requirement

• Candidate must register on the NATS portal at https://nats.education.gov.in.

• The NATS registration number must be indicated in the Google application form.

• Applications without a valid NATS registration number will be rejected.

Nationality

• Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.

HAL Apprentice Selection Process 2025

HAL Apprentice Selection Process 2025 is completely merit-based, with no written exam. The transparent process ensures fair selection purely on academic performance.

• Shortlisting is done on the basis of percentage of marks in the qualifying exam.

• Candidates must attend document verification at designated HAL centers.

• In case of a tie, preference may be given to candidates with higher age or earlier completion of qualification.

HAL Apprentice Salary 2025

Apprentices will receive a stipend as per the Apprentices Act, 1961. The stipend differs according to the category of Apprentice. Apart from a stipend, apprentices gain valuable industry experience, which boosts employability. However, they are not entitled to allowances like DA, HRA, or pension, as this is a training role.
