1. Educational Qualification

AE (Civil) – Public Works (B&R): Regular Civil Engineering degree from an AICTE-approved university.
(Part-time, evening classes, or distance learning degrees are not accepted.)

Municipal Engineer (Civil): Civil Engineering degree or equivalent + Hindi/Sanskrit knowledge up to Matric or higher.
