MIDHANI Assistant Recruitment 2025: Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (MIDHANI), a Government of India enterprise and Mini Ratna-I company, has released its official notification for the recruitment of Assistants on a fixed-term contract basis in 2025, offering a good chance to engineering students. This recruitment provides opportunities in many subjects such as Metallurgy, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Fitter, Electrician, Turner, and Welder.

MIDHANI released its official notification on 20 August 2025 under Advt. No. MDN/HR/FTC-HYD/2/25. The notification provides the walk-in dates, eligibility criteria, selection process, vacancies, and salary structure for the recruitment of Assistants.

MIDHANI Assistant Vacancy 2025

MIDHANI has announced 50 vacancies for Assistant posts in different trades. Out of these, 38 vacancies belong to Level-4 and 12 vacancies to Level-2 categories. Reservations have been provided in the MIDHANI Assistant Vacancy 2025 as per the Government of India norms.

Note: 5 posts in Level-4 and 2 posts in Level-2 are reserved for Ex-Servicemen (ESM).

MIDHANI Assistant Application Form 2025

MIDHANI has not provided any online application form. The recruitment is conducted through a walk-in selection process. Candidates need to directly report to the MIDHANI Corporate Office Auditorium, Hyderabad, on the given dates. They must carry:

• Their Original documents with photocopies (DOB, caste certificate, education, ITI/Diploma certificates).

• Two recent passport-sized photographs.

• Valid email ID and mobile number for further communication.

MIDHANI Assistant Eligibility Criteria 2025

The MIDHANI Assistant eligibility criteria 2025 depend on the subject. Candidates must make sure they meet the requirements of qualification, age, and marks before appearing for the interview.

Note: SC/ST candidates get 10% relaxation in qualifying marks for Metallurgy and Mechanical posts.

MIDHANI Assistant Selection Process 2025

The recruitment will be based on a walk-in selection process. It includes different stages that make sure only eligible candidates are considered.

Selection Stages of MIDHANI Assistant 2025

1. Document Verification – Initial checking of eligibility and certificates, i.e., In this stage, the authorities will check the the documents are original or not.

2. Written Test – Conducted in English only.

3. Trade/Skill Test – For candidates shortlisted in the written test i.e. this stage is after the written test. Once you clear the test, you will be called for this final round of selection.

Final selection will be based on performance in written and skill tests. No TA/DA will be provided for attending.
