MPIDC Selection Process 2025

The selection procedure for MPIDC Recruitment 2025 will involve three phases, i.e., Written Test, Interview, and Document Verification, as detailed below:

• Written Test - The written examination will be conducted online to assess the candidate's knowledge in a specific discipline and general subjects. The exam will have a total of 100 questions (objective-based). Each question carries 4 marks for correct answers, and 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer. The exam will end in 120 minutes.
• Interview - Those who clear the written test will be shortlisted for an Interview to evaluate their technical knowledge and suitability for the job role based on various parameters. Candidates will be shortlisted three times to the number of vacancies for the Interview.
• Document Verification - Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification to ensure they possess all the original documents and testimonials in support of eligibility and identity proof.
