The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has officially activated the portal for the RRB JE Answer Key 2026 today, March 5, 2026, at 4:00 PM. Candidates who appeared for the Junior Engineer Stage 1 (CBT 1) exam can now download their response sheets and verify the correct answers against their attempts. Candidates can follow the steps to download the RRB JE Answer Key 2026.
Step 1: Visit the official website of the respective regional Railway Recruitment Board (RRB).
Step 2: On the homepage, locate and click the link for "Junior Engineer Answer Key" under "Latest Announcements" or "Important Links."
Step 3: A new login page will appear on your screen.
Step 4: Enter your login credentials, which include your Registration Number and Date of Birth.
Step 5: Click on the “Login” tab to proceed.
Step 6: The RRB JE Answer Key will be displayed.
Step 7: Download the answer key and response sheet PDF, then cross-check your attempted questions.
If candidates find any discrepancies or incorrect answers in the provisional key, they can submit an online objectionthrough the official portal starting today. A prescribed fee of ₹50 plus applicable bank charges must be paid for each question challenged; however, this fee is refunded if the objection is found to be valid. Ensure you provide valid documentary proof or justifications for your challenge before the deadline on March 11, 2026.
Candidates should follow the steps to challenge the Junior Engineer CBT 1 answer key.
Step 1: Go to the official website of RRB.
Step 2: Click the ‘RRB JE objection tracker’ link on the homepage.
Step 3: Fill in the objection forms; candidates can click on the "Raise Objection" button near any question they wish to object to.
Step 4: An objection page will open where candidates can choose the type of objection from a drop-down option and provide supporting documents (Reference/Explanation).
Step 5: Candidates can raise objections for only one question at a time and then proceed to make the payment.
Step 6: Click on the "Pay Now" button to complete the payment for the selected objection. A fee of Rs. 50/- must be paid for every objection raised.
Step 7: Upon successful payment, the objection will be recorded, and the candidate will be redirected to the "Objection Summary" Page.
