NSPCL Technical Assistant Selection Process 2025

The selection process for NSPCL Recruitment 2025 for Technical Assistant posts consists of the following stages:

• Computer-Based Test - The CBT test will consist of 120 questions. Out of the total, 40 Questions will consist of MCQs from General Knowledge, English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning and 80 questions will include trade/discipline-specific questions. The qualifying marks for the written test are 40%. Each correct answer will award 01 mark to the candidate and for each incorrect answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted from the overall score. The duration of the CBT test will be 2 hours.
• Skill Test - Based on the performance in the written test, candidates will be shortlisted for the Skill Test in a ratio of 1:5. The skill test will only be qualifying in nature. Candidates need to secure a minimum of 40% to qualify for the skill test.
• Final Merit - The final merit list will be prepared by the authorities solely based on the marks obtained by candidates in the written exam as the skill test is only qualifying in nature.
