For the SSC JE 2025, the online applications from eligible candidates were accepted from June 30 to July 21, 2025, at the official portal, ssc.gov.in. The exam comprises Tier 1, Tier 2, Document Verification, and Medical Examination. Those who clear all these phases are appointed as Junior Engineers within the recruiting departments.
The SSC JE Exam Date 2025 PDF will be available soon on the official website, ssc.gov.in. The Tier-1 exam of CHSL will be conducted first in the fourth week of October 2025, followed by CGL, then CPO, and after that SSC JE in a series-wise manner. Additionally, the application process for Delhi Police and SI CPO 2025 has been opened, and the Constable GD 2026 application window will start in November 2025.
The Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGL) 2025 Tier-1 was successfully administered by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), except for one shift in Mumbai that had to be postponed because of a fire. There were almost 28 lakh applicants, and 13.5 lakh of them took the exam, which was administered during 45 shifts over 15 days at 255 locations in 126 cities. The Candidate Feedback Portal received 18,920 responses on technical and operational issues. Affected candidates were rescheduled and given another opportunity to take the exam.
