Bank of Baroda LBO Selection Process 2025: To get selected for the Local Bank Officer posts in Bank of Baroda LBO Recruitment 2025 candidates need to undergo several stages.

Language Proficiency Test (LPT)

Bank of Baroda LBO language proficiency test is a standardized assessment designed to measure a person's ability for Local Language of a particular state. Language Proficiency Test (LPT) evaluates speaking, writing, reading, and listening skills across various topics.

This stage is mandatory and is qualifying in nature.

The Bank of Baroda LBO Psychometric Test is a stage in the selection process designed to evaluate a candidate's behavioral traits, personality, and alignment with the bank's core values. 

The Psychometric Test assesses a candidate's personality compatibility with the role, situational decision-making skills, ethical grounding, etc.

Bank of Baroda LBO GD/Interview

Candidates who clear previous stages i.e. online exam, LPT and psychometric test are going to appear for GD and/or PI. The interview evaluates professional knowledge, attitude, and suitability for the bank role. Minimum qualifying marks for GD/PI are 60% for the general category and 55% for reserved categories.

Bank of Baroda LBO Document Verification

Candidates who qualify the all the rounds and call ed for Document Verification, they must bring the original and photocopies of their documents including:

• Valid photo identity proof matching the name on the call letter (such as PAN Card, Passport, Driving Licence, Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, Employee ID, etc.).
• Caste certificate issued by a competent authority if claiming reservation benefits (BC/MBC/WBC).
• Educational qualification certificates.
• Other relevant certificates like PwD certificate if applicable.
• Identity verification: The candidate's identity will be verified against the call letter and attendance list. If there is any doubt about the candidate’s identity, they may not be allowed to appear for document verification or further process.

Important notes:

• Ration Card and Learner’s Driving License are not accepted as valid ID proofs.
• Candidates must submit the original photo ID and a photocopy along with the call letter at the time of document verification.
