Bank of India Apprentice Selection Process 2025: Banking aspirants appearing for Bank of India Apprentice Vacancy 2025 must know the selection process to clear all the rounds in the recruitment drive easily. There are two phases in the Bank of India Apprentice Recruitment 2025 selection procedure. Candidates must pass an Online Written Exam, which is the first step. The second stage will only be available to those who meet the requirements for the written test. The Test of Local Language is the second stage. Applicants for jobs in a particular state must demonstrate proficiency in the local language of that state (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension).
Candidates are exempt from taking the language test if they have a 10th or 12th certificate demonstrating that they studied the local language. The entire process ensures that candidates are evaluated on knowledge, eligibility, communication skills, and health before final selection for the apprenticeship program at Bank of India.
Bank of Apprentice Selection Process 2025
The Bank of India Apprentice Recruitment 2025 provides an excellent chance for individuals looking for hands-on experience in the banking industry. To obtain a role, candidates must successfully navigate through the multi-step selection procedure aimed at evaluating their knowledge, abilities, and language skills.
1. Online Examination: The initial phase consists of a computer-based assessment that tests candidates across various subjects, such as General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, Computer Knowledge, and English Language. Candidates need to prepare thoroughly in these subjects to progress to the subsequent stage.
2. Document Verification: Candidates who succeed in the online examination will be invited for document verification. At this point, applicants are required to submit the necessary documents to verify their eligibility, educational background, and identity.
3. Local Language Proficiency Test: In the concluding phase, candidates need to demonstrate their proficiency in the local language of the state they applied to. This requirement ensures that chosen candidates can effectively engage with customers in their designated regions.
The exam assesses candidates on subjects crucial for banking roles: General/Financial Awareness (including banking awareness and current affairs), Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude (arithmetic, logical reasoning, data interpretation), Computer Knowledge (basic computer operations, MS Office, cybersecurity), and General English (grammar, vocabulary, comprehension).
Mode of Bank of India Apprentice Exam will be conducted in Hindi and English.
Candidates will have a total of 60 minutes to complete the exam.
The BOI Apprentice exam consists of 100 questions divided into four sections.

Bank of India Apprentice Language Proficiency Test
The candidates looking for the position of Apprentice in a particular state must possess proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) in at least one of the local languages specified in this Bank of India Apprentice Notification.
This test ensures that apprentices can effectively communicate in the regional language, which is essential for their role in the respective branch. Candidates who fail to qualify in the local language test will not be engaged for the apprenticeship.
Candidates who have studied the specified local language in their 10th or 12th standard and can provide a valid certificate or mark sheet as evidence are exempted from taking the language test. This exemption applies only if the local language studied matches the language specified for the state of application.
Bank of India Apprentice Document Verification 2025
Proof of Date of Birth (such as SSC Marksheet).
Photo identity proof (e.g., Aadhaar Card).
Mark sheets and certificates for educational qualifications. The candidate must provide proper documentation from the Board/University confirming that the result was declared between 01 April 2021 and 01 January 2025.
Caste certificate issued by a competent authority in the prescribed Government of India format, applicable for SC/ST/OBC candidates. OBC certificates must specifically state that the candidate does not belong to the creamy layer.
Disability certificate for PwBD candidates, if applicable.
No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer if the candidate is currently employed.
Ex-servicemen candidates must provide discharge certificates.
