BRBNMPL Eligibility Criteria 2025

Candidates who want to apply for the BRBNMPL Recruitment 2025 should first make sure they meet all the eligibility requirements. This includes educational qualifications and falling within the specified age limits as prescribed by the conducting authority. 

Educational Qualification

A. Deputy Manager – Printing (Post Code 1)

• Must have a B.E. or B.Tech degree in Printing Technology with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).

• For internal candidates, a B.E./B.Tech in Printing with 2 years of experience within the company.

• At least 2 years’ work experience in a well-known printing company, preferably in security printing.

• Candidates from other branches are not eligible.

• Alternatively, for diploma holders in Printing, 10 years of work experience in BRBNMPL is required.

B. Deputy Manager – Electrical (Post Code 2)

• Degree (B.E./B.Tech/AMIE) in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or Power Engineering with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).

• For employees, the same degree with 2 years of relevant experience.

• At least 2 years’ experience in Electrical Maintenance or Substations (HT/LT), preferably involving PLCs or SCADA systems.

• Diploma holders in Electrical/Electronics with 10 years' experience in the company can also apply.

C. Deputy Manager – IT (Post Code 3)

• B.E./B.Tech/AMIE degree in Computer Science with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).

• For internal candidates, the same degree plus 2 years’ experience.

• At least 2 years’ experience in software development or maintenance in a CMMI Level-5 certified company.

• Diploma in Computer Science and 10 years’ experience in BRBNMPL is also acceptable.

D. Deputy Manager – Admin/Materials (Post Code 4)

• Graduates with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) along with a Master’s degree or PG Diploma in Management, Business Administration, Personnel, or Materials Management.

• The same criteria apply to internal candidates.

• Must have 2 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment.

E. Process Assistant Grade-I (Trainee) (Post Code 5)

Option 1: Diploma Route (for Internal Candidates Only)

• Not applicable to external candidates.

• Diploma in Printing, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Chemical engineering with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST).

• 1 year of experience in production or maintenance in printing, paper, ink, or paint industries.

Option 2: ITI Route (for External Candidates)

• ITI/NTC/NAC certificate in trades like Printing, Fitter, Electrician, Mechanic, etc., with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST).

• 2 years’ experience in production or maintenance in the relevant industries.

• For NAC holders, 1 year of apprentice training counts towards the required 2 years’ experience.

Age Limit 

A. Deputy Manager (Post Codes 1 to 4):

Candidates applying for these posts should be born on or after September 1, 1994. The upper age limit is 31 years. However, this age restriction does not apply to current BRBNMPL employees.

B. Process Assistant Grade–I (Trainee) (Post Code 5):

Applicants must have their date of birth between September 1, 1997, and August 31, 2007. The minimum age required is 18 years, and the maximum is 28 years as of the cutoff date.

BRBNMPL Selection Process 2025

The selection process for BRBNMPL Recruitment 2025 involves multiple stages as follows:

• Deputy Manager (Post Codes 1 to 4):
  Applicants will first appear for an online written examination. Those who qualify will be invited for a personal interview as the next stage of the selection process.

• Process Assistant Grade-I (Trainee) (Post Code 5):
  Candidates will be selected through a written test, followed by a skill assessment to evaluate practical abilities relevant to the role.
