Central Bank of India SO Selection Process 2024: The Central Bank SO exam is the most awaited banking exam in India by banking professionals. The Central Bank of India offers Specialist Officer posts that include Chief Manager in Senior Management Grade Scale IV, Senior Managers in Middle Management Grade Scale III, and Managers in Middle across IT and other streams regularly. The Central Bank SO Selection Process 2024 consists of two stages – Online Examination and Interview. Candidates appearing for the Central Bank of India SO exam will be selected based on their marks scored in the different phases. Therefore, the marks obtained in this round will not be considered in the final merit list.- Online Exam

- There will be a total of 3 sections asked in the Central Bank of India SO Exam 2024 namely Stream/category Specific Questions, Computer Knowledge, Banking, Present Economic Scenario & General Awareness
- Each question will carry 1 mark for the correct answer.
- A time duration of 60 Minutes will be provided to solve the question paper.

Central Bank of India SO Interview 2024
Candidates who qualified in the Online Examination have to appear for the Central Bank of India SO Interview 2024. A merit list of candidates will be prepared in descending order for the respective categories i.e. SC/ST/OBC/EWS/General on the basis of marks obtained by them in the Online Examination. For an interview, the candidates will be called in the ratio of 1:3 as against the number of vacancies. The total marks allotted for the Interview are 100. The minimum qualifying marks in the interview will not be less than 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD candidates). The combined final score of candidates shall be arrived at based on scores obtained by the candidates in the Online Examination and Interview.Documents to be Produced During Central Bank of India SO Interview
The following documents along with the self-attested document photocopies need to be carried out at the time of the Central Bank of India Specialist Officer Interview.- Printout of the Interview Call Letter
- System-generated printout of the online application form registered for the recruitment process.
- Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate issued by the Competent Municipal Authorities or SSLC/ Std. X Certificate with DOB).
- Photo Identity Proof as indicated in Point 16 (Documents to be produced) of the advertisement below.
- Mark sheets and certificates/degrees for educational qualifications. A proper document from the Board / University for having declared the result on or before 13.11.2024 has to be submitted.
- The latest Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format as stipulated by the Government of India in the case of the SC / ST / OBC category candidates.
- Candidates belonging to OBC category but coming under creamy layer and/ or if their caste does not find place in the Central List are not entitled to OBC reservation. They shall be classified as General in the online application form.
- Income and Asset Certificate issued by any one of the Authorities as notified by the Government of India in the prescribed format in the case of Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category candidates. The candidate should have a valid EWS certificate at the time of application.
