ECGC GC PO Selection Process 2025: The ECGC PO 2025 official notification PDF with comprehensive details was made available on November 10, 2025, and the registration procedure began from November 11 to December 2, 2025. Candidates must know the selection process to crack the ECGC PO 2025 exam easily. The ECGC PO Selection process is based on two stages i.e. Online Examination and Interview. The first stage of the selection process is ECGC PO Exam 2025. The prelims exam will be conducted on 11th January 2026 (2 pm to 5 pm).  Those who qualify for the ECGC PO Online Examination will be shortlisted for the ECGC PO Interview 2025 round.

To get shortlisted for the ECGC PO Recruitment 2025, candidates must clear both the online examination and the interview round. It is mandatory to qualify for each stage of the ECGC PO Selection process for reserved category to secure a place in the ECGC PO Vacancy 2025.

Online Pre-examination Training will be arranged by the Company for eligible candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer). All eligible candidates who opt for and wish to avail of Online Pre-examination Training should fill in the relevant column in the ONLINE APPLICATION. Depending on the response and administrative feasibility, the right to cancel the Online Pre-Examination Training is reserved. By merely attending the Pre-Examination Training, no candidate acquires any right to be selected in the Company

ECGC PO Exam Pattern 2025 (Generalist)

• The ECGC PO Exam consists of 200 MCQs for 1 mark each.
• There are 5 sections- Reasoning Ability, English, Computer Knowledge, General Awareness, and Quantitative Aptitude.
• A negative marking of 0.25 marks (¼th mark) for each incorrect response.
• There is a sectional timing for each section as discussed in the table below.
